Hello Please, understand that when Ms [redacted] arrived, she had no appointmentIt states on the Groupon that an appointment was requiredFurthermore, despite the two signs on my door indicating that I shall not be disturbed, Ms [redacted] repeatedly knocked until I came to the doorThe entire time, I had a client who was trying to receive a relaxing massageMs***s misunderstanding of the situation made for a decidedly unrelaxing massage for my client unfortunatelyWhat is even more unfortunate is that I explained in very clear and plain terms, in a very professional manner that I did have a client presently and that we had not set an appointment for her for the present timeI also kindly took time out of my client's massage to explain to Ms [redacted] that she actually had an appointment a previous day but she neglected to showI'd like to add that I assisted Ms [redacted] after an incontinence episode on the very same day and that I also assisted her by wheeling her in her wheelchair down to the front door where she would meet her rideI'd also like to make it exceptionally clear that Groupon is entirely informed of the events of the day and have a full refund awaiting herAll she has to do is call and ask for itI'm confident this at least begins to clear up the situation

entire time, I had a client who was trying to receive a relaxing massage. Ms. [redacted]s misunderstanding of the situation made for a decidedly unrelaxing massage for my client unfortunately. What is even more unfortunate is that I explained in very clear and plain terms, in a very professional manner that I did have a client presently and that we had not set an appointment for her for the present time. I also kindly took time out of my client's massage to explain to Ms[redacted] that she actually had an appointment a previous day but she neglected to show.
