Chez's Service Co. A/c & Heating Reviews (1)
On 7/12/13, Chez's Company came to start a Service Contract on my A/C. I told him that I had a room that never could get cool. He called [redacted] and he said they could put in a blower that they guaranteed me that would fix the problem for $350.00 and that would include my maintenance agreement ($300.00 for the work on the room to get cool air and $50.00 for maintenance service agreement). The next day I called [redacted] to let him know the room was not cooling and he said he would be over sometime the following week. He came over the following week and they made some changes on the piping and told me to call him back if it did not work. I called him various times the next week and a half and he made an appointment one time and I called him to ask him if he was coming and he had forgotten to come. So, he rescheduled and came again on 7/27/13 and made some more changes and still no cold air coming out. He said he could make another change but it would cost me another $250.00. Tried to reach him and no return calls. I finally text him again on 8/1/13 and I told him I was not satisfied with the work and I did not want to pay another $250.00. He texted me back and said he would refund me 1/2 the cost of the $300 which would be $150.00. I told him ok. Again, I tried to call him via phone and no respond. On 8/21/13, I sent him an email asking about the agreement he made with me about the refund, no respond. On 8/28/13, I called him from work and he answered and he was shocked and said he had mailed the check and was going to check his PO box to see if it was sent back. I again gave him my address. On 9/8/13, I again sent me an email asking for the refund. And, still no respond. Thank you!
