I hired College Hunks to help us load a POD and U-Haul to move. The packing was atrocious, items just thrown in. So badly, that the crew was pulled off the job. There were 3 men sent, but they didn't lift the furniture, the dragged it, damaging and scraping the entire side of an expensive wooden dresser. I called and spoke to Ty the manager, and he insisted that when we unloaded, the dresser would be rectified. We are at the point of moving in now, and I am being told they have no record of the complaint, despite me sending pictures right after it happened. You can see the dresser is outside, where the damage took place, as well as you can see the uniform of the workers in the picture. I am now being told to get a 3rd party estimate. I called and spoke several times to another manager, Tina M....who's as nice as can be, but again, she's being told there's no record to the complaint. What began in October, and me being told several times over the phone that this would be handled when we unpacked, was never documented on their end. The workers were also sent for the initial job with a screw driver to disassemble 3 bedrooms of furniture. They bill by the hour. The workers were just dropping the hardware on the floor rather than putting it in the bags provided; we had to walk around and gather and separate all of it. They scratched the wood floors as we were moving out.

Had this company come to my house to remove junk.

Had to watch them the entire time, because they were throwing items in the truck that were not on the list provided to them. They charge by the volume taken by the items in their truck. So maybe this was there way to pad the bill.

Then they go to leave, and take out the bottom retaining wall on my drive way. It was an accident, but when discussing how the repairs would be completed and how my driveway looks horrendous from their mistake. *** whom I believe to be the franchisee got combative stating he would not refund the job and I had to get estimates. Doing the work they should be doing to return my property back into the condition it deserves.
