Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Yoqur Answer Here] I paid them $up front on [redacted] on [redacted] they took $ [redacted] from my debit card On the day I cancelled I was told I would have another $ [redacted] from my debit card for the day notice I believe that is wrong and deceptive as I paid them the first and last month on 6/ [redacted] and then a third month was taken from my debit card on 7/ [redacted] I cancelled in 7/ [redacted] and was told another $ [redacted] would be taken out that means they will have received months of fees for days of membership! I don't want them to take anymore money from my debit card I feel they are deceptiveI want confirmation that the $already taken out is the last! On June ***, *** *** came in to joinShe sat down with Joey S***, the club manager, and explained to him that she could not afford a lot for a membershipOur membership at the time was $Processing Fee, $a month, at which the first and last months dues were to be paid with the
processing fee of $which totaled to be $Normally on the *** of the month when you sign up your first months dues would not be charged till the following *** of the next month, but since Susan could not afford the $Processing Fee, we asked her if she'd be willing to pay first and last months dues of $a month, for a total of $30, which she agreed toA few days later she called the club and talked to me, Jon, the ownerShe said that she should not have been charged first months dues, which at the time I told her I could refund her the difference of $5, which she agreed toShe had told me that she felt that she was mislead and overchargedSo I told her I would talk to Joey about the situation, which I didAnd Joey explained to me the same situation, how he waived the Processing Fee of $to start her duesAt this point I called Susan to explain to her why she was charged the first and last months dues in place of the processing fee to save her moneyAnd still willing to give her the $that I agreed to give her backShe said she was not interested in the membership, and she would be in to cancelOn the membership agreement that she signed, she initialed that she agreed to start paying her dues on 7/**/She also initialed that she would give us a day notice whenever she cancelled her membershipWe felt we were more than fair with Susan, understanding her financial situation and waiving the $Processing fee for herIf a copy of the signed agreement is needed, we would be more than happy to send a copy upon request.  I paid them $30 up front on 6/**/**  on 7/**/** they took $** from my debit card.  On the day I cancelled I was told I would have another $** from my debit card for the 30 day notice.  I believe that is wrong and deceptive as I paid them the first and last month on 6/** and then a third month was taken from my debit card on 7/**  I cancelled in 7/** and was told another $** would be taken out  that means they will have received 4 months of fees for 21 days of membership!  I don't want them to take anymore money from my debit card.  I feel they are deceptive. I want confirmation that the $45 already taken out is the last!
