This complaint has been resolved over the phone today with the customerThe customer did not receive our original response to her e-mail most likely because it went into her junk/spam folderShe accidentally ordered the wrong product as there are two variations of the product that look similar
Even though our warehouse fulfilled the order correctly, we have sent her a prepaid return label for the product to send it back, so that we can then send her the product she intended to order
