June 10th, 2016Dear [redacted] ,This letter will serve to resolve an incident at our restaurant, which left you unsatisfied with your experience.Upon receiving your phone call at our restaurant to discuss your dissatisfaction, it was at this time our general manager, [redacted] tried unsuccessfully to resolve and meet your expectationsUnfortunately, as [redacted] was attempting to resolve the issue, there were several factors preventing him from doing soFor example, the language used, the condescending remarks, and ultimately the disrespect cannot and will not be accepted by our staffPer your request, I have enclosed a check for the amount of to use as you see fit, however, please refrain from visiting our restaurantIn the future, when resolving indifferences, your attitude, language, and respect are significant variables, which will impact the resolution.It is our goal to treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respectWe value our customers, appreciate their business, and strive to meet and exceed their expectations upon each and every visit.Please consider this matter closed and accept the enclosed check as receipt of doing so.Respectfully yours,Richard WOwner

I never saw any of these envelopes sent to my house nor did I receive any of them. I also never received a certified mail slip. This is bull and becoming ridiculous. Lets star over. Have Mr. W[redacted] re-send my refund. Somehow it must have gotten lost because I never received it not once. [redacted]
