Review: Less than one year ago we purchased an 8-piece queen size comforter set manufactured by this company and sold through Groupon. The name of the set is Montana and the RN# is [redacted] The washing instructions state: "Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Do Not Bleach or dry clean. Tumble low dry", which we followed. After two rounds of washing, the fill in the comforter began to separate and the comforter became lopsided. I researched and contact Chic Home, Inc. by calling their office on January *, 2014 and on at least 3 other different occasions. I spoke to different people each time leaving my contact information each time. I was assured that they would research this and get back to me on how they could resolve my dissatisfaction with my comforter set, which now is unusable. I still have yet to hear back from anyone from the company as to why their care instructions did not work and to understand how they are going to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: They should either replace my comforter set with the exact same product or refund my money.
