Since we moved into Fox Club Apartments we have had nothing but troubleEvery new season we either have no A/C or no heatWe even had a fire on November 4th and was told we needed out furnace replacedA week later I call to make sure the parts are coming, the office tells me everything is fixed and I should turn on the furnace that just set on fireI look in the closet everything still have fire extinguisher foam all over itNothing had been touchedI call back it is not days later no heat nothing has been fixed and I try to talk to the property manager and I get hung up onI have never experienced such horrible service from people in my lifeThey will lie to you about everythingDO NOT LIVE HEREit is cheap for a reason everything breaks and the people you have to work with are absolutely incompetentI actually went down to the office to complain about my heat issue and how I needed it fixed and I wanted to be there incase there was a problem I would turn off the unit and make sure all my belonging are okayI was told they would not do that and I should have renters insurance in case of a fire!!! That was not the point at all which I do have insurance but some things can not be replacedBEWAREI will be moving out as soon as my lease is up
Very unprofessional staff and not understanding to the needs of their tenantsCorporate (Skyview property group ) is a BIG joke.Car was towed 04/12/Explained to the property manager my situationAlso how I have lived there over a year and NEVER have I seen a tow truck in the areaThey could've easily called this in to be rectified but choose not to.I get punished for having two cars and only provided parking pass because I am the only one residing in this run down apartmentAsked to speak to someone higher upWas told her name was HeidiWas told she would call me back about the 150$ I had to borrow from multiple people to get my car out to go to work! Surprisingly she never called me back when she was suppose to after her "meeting"I do not appreciate being treated like thisThey need a whole NEW staff,regional manager, and property group
This place was awful...Our air conditioner didn't work all summer our apartment got to be degrees and since we have two kids we ended up not even able to stay there we had to stay at my inlawswe paid rent for an apartment we couldnt even stay in.if I could leave now with out having to pay out the lease for this place I would

Warning: Fox Club Apts do not work as they advertised. They are broken & there ammenties ( pool, clubhouse, basketball court, etc...) Are only available during office hours. Which means for people who work office hours ( nurses, office workers, 9-5 jobs, etc.. ) to pay to live here, cant use the facilities because they are closed. ???? This was not what was explained to us when we asked before signing our lease. Nor does the ad & paperwork match.
My kitchen floor has flooded 3 x in the 45 days we have lived here. They have had to cut holes in drywall to TRY and fix the problem, Our upstairs tenant visitor puked all over our patio furniture. Idk what to do, we Dont want to live here for a year. Uugghh
