first the $200 was not the problem.
the technician the did the job said that he didn't scratch any wall because the scratch was not near any vent, but we still think that $200 was to much for something we didn't do so we...

offered $100 to solve the issue. customer said ill take the money and I will fill complain.

The scratch was below where the vents are located. And the scratch wasn't there before he came. Nevertheless, we will accept the $100 that they had offered. Please tell them to forwarad this $100.
And, by the way, the technician said that "HE BARELY TOUCHED THE WALL", that indicates, that he did in deed have contact with the wall.
When we get the $100, I will respond that our complaint wasa satisfied, until than, it has not been satisfied.

The business would like to request that the consumer provide the invoice, which says that we
are not responsible for any paint or wood chipping
and we are not responsible of any damage during the cleaning as its says on the invoice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They gouged our walls after we just had had them painted because we just moved into our place. When we called, Natalie said that she would have the manager call. After numerous emails and text, we received a call from the service rep who cleaned our vents and told my husband that "HE BARELY TOUCHED OUR WALLS. It costs us $200 to have this repaired. The manager never called us. Finally I contacted the Revdex.com and the next day or so, we received an email from the company saying that they would settle for $100. but when they found out we contacted the Revdex.com, the emailed us and said that they would settle with the Revdex.com and not us. The Revdex.com never heard from them. They refuse to answer any calls, emails or correspondence from the Revdex.com. This company has terrible customer service. One would believe that if damage was done, a manager or supervisor would be on the phone that day or at least the next day. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE..
