DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE They gouged our walls after we just had had them painted because we just moved into our place When we called, Natalie said that she would have the manager call After numerous emails and text, we received a call from the service rep who cleaned our vents and told my husband that "HE BARELY TOUCHED OUR WALLS It costs us $to have this repaired The manager never called us Finally I contacted the Revdex.com and the next day or so, we received an email from the company saying that they would settle for $but when they found out we contacted the Revdex.com, the emailed us and said that they would settle with the Revdex.com and not us The Revdex.com never heard from them They refuse to answer any calls, emails or correspondence from the Revdex.com This company has terrible customer service One would believe that if damage was done, a manager or supervisor would be on the phone that day or at least the next day THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DO NOT USE
