I saw this office for a consultation. Paid 500$ deposit towards A SURGERY IF I WOULD QUALIFY FOR A financing. If I wouldn't qualify for a financing the deposit would be returned, I was told by Monika. But when I called her and told her that I didn't qualify for a financing and also I can't have these kind of surgeries she asked me to send her a doctor's note. I sent her my doctor's note still she refuses to return my deposit for a surgery I am not going to have.
