Revdex.com took the following statement over the phone from the business. "We do not see any reason to give a refund because we did not provide a contaminated product."

I am rejecting this response because:I just received the letter from Chicago Connection and am appalled that the owner is just as unprofessional and rude as their managers are. I've never been a habitual complainer and who would call their customers of more than 30 years something like that? I've never had numerous credits. I've never had numerous discounts. I've never asked for anything other than when my delivery was extremely late, and I don't mean 5 minutes late, VERY late, for a discount since I was given a quote time according to their online system and they didn't deliver the promised time. I received a credit once for getting 2 pizzas that were extremely undercooked. I believe they planted the hair in my food because of receiving this credit. Like I've stated, my family and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years. The response from the owner shows she doesn't care about her customers either. I made it very clear I wanted a refund to which manager Casey told me that they don't issue refunds and it was a remake or credit only. I would never use a credit or remake after being treated like this. I was never told that delivery to my house would never happen again also. I was the one who said I would never be a returning customer again. Chicago Connection has proved they don't care about their customers, don't practice food safety, and will lie their way out of anything instead of doing the right thing. I am still awaiting a refund to my card as my bank told me that Chicago Connection refuses to return the money. It's truly upsetting that this company would stoop this low. If they don't want customers to complain, they should of provided better service.
