Efforts are continuing to resolve this issue with the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11590242, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, regarding receiving tickets to a replacement game.  I really appreciate the tickets to last night's game.  The Cubs...

should be aware though that until their overall policy regarding rain checks is changed, this type of complaint will continue to be registered by fans impacted in the future.
