I, Jasper Jo, as president of Chicago Exteriors, Inccontacted the Mr***, Jeff, and inspected the area thoroughlyWe took out wide range of shingles around leaking spot and couldn't find any cause of leaking on the roofWe went to further and took out some siding boards around the spot and found some leaking cause on itwe replace with new cedar siding boards with moisture barrier inside of the boards.We completed all the works required, and the home owner knows thisOnly thing left is a test which requires heavy rain or snow in the winterAfter the test, we will fix the interior damages Jasper
In the fall of we had our roof replaced by this company and now they've disappeared!!! Office phone has been disconnected JASPER [redacted] the man who signed the contract with us and left his cell number with us, is no longer answering texts or calls We were supposed to have a yr warranty and we are not out of luck We have a leak somewhere along our chimney because our ceiling in the family room is damaged, with water stains and cracking I just want this to be a warning to anyone out there if this company does change names and a JASPER [redacted] tries to get you buy a new roof with him, he is a con artist!!! Many homes in our subdivision put up new roofs with him He knew how to deal with the insurance companies to get your roof covered and he took the money and ran!!!
