Alhamdullillah I and my wife have nothing but praise for chicago Hajj group for organizing. I and my wife would like to sincerely thank the chicago Hajj group team for organizing this great "once in a lifetime " event . -Having Mufti Haroon was the biggest boon for all the Haji's.We were just amazed at his " down to earth " personality and all the help he provided to the team at each stage of the hajj - Darul Taqva was very neat and well maintained .We were very impressed with the dedication of the staff.A sincere thanks to [redacted] and others for all the wonderful food and bus arrangements.Of course we are very grateful to [redacted] .He stood by all the Haji's on every single day and made sure that everything worked out as smooth as possible - The arrangements at Mina and muzdalifah were well worth praising. Inspite of all the millions that came for Hajj,we definitely felt privileged to have received comparatively much better facilities -The best was the stoning at Jamarat.Many of the Chicago Hajj group team leaders lead the big batch of Haji's so efficiently thru jamarat on all 3 days .They were holding flags and everything happened so safely.We don't think it could have been any better. - And what can we say about the food-it was just "Awesome".We actually gained weight rather than loosing inspite of all those long walks in tawaaf,sahih etc Overall It was the most wonderful experience of our life and we thank the team of Chicago Hajj group for doing a "Great Job" .May you all continue to serve the muslim ummah and reap the rewards from Allah Tala for many many years to come !!! I did my Umrah through Chicago Hajj three times. 2011, 2014 and 2015. I also arranged Umrah services from my friends this year 2016. All the time their services was great, delivered the passports on time, arranged transportation, etc as promised. As for Umrah services are concerned, I would rate them the best for the price we paid.

I had the opportunity to perform Umrah sometime back. The travel arrangements were made by Chicago Hajj and Umrah Group. I was totally satisfied by their professionalism and service before and during my trip. Their prices are fair and they went above and beyond my expectations and provided a complimentary hotel arrangement for the 5 day package that I was in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The hotel was a short cab drive from the Haram and fairly comfortable. I would higly recommend anyone going on Umrah to use their services.

We had a great experience and I am thankful to the CHU group for their services. Out of millions of muslims who not only have time, money and health, Allah (swt) chose us among the Hujj. I applaud the members of CHU, for continuing their efforts to provide a great and memorable Hajj experiences to thousands year round, inspite of negative comments from handful. Hajj is not a picnic or vacation . Once we accept that fact, then every difficulty becomes easy and we end up having a memorable experience. We were so fortunate to be standing on the land where the prohpet (pbuh) and the sahabs walked, then how can someone have time to think about how many stars the hotel has, or how delicious the food was, or any other material things? Dear Hujjaj, do you remember how many janaza namaz we offered in the few days we got to stay in makkah and madina? Unfortunately, its only the material things that matter to us. After coming back from Hajj, I was asked about the hotel stay, the food, how much money I spend, only few asked me how I felt when I saw Kabah for the first time, only few asked if I got to offer my salam to the prophet (pbuh) and offer namaaz in rawda-al-jannah. May Allah (swt) accept our hajj and give us another opportunity to visit the holy land, Ameen. Jazakallah to Br.[redacted], Br. [redacted] Br. [redacted] Br. [redacted] Br. [redacted] and everyone else associated with CHU. I recommend everyone to use CHU for their Hajj and Umrah tours. For the elders in our community, before you choose any pacakge, please keep in mind about the distance you are able to walk comfortably. CHU members, please maintain the same competitive prices. You definitely have an edge on the competitors.

Just returned from a short Umrah trip and I would highly recommend Chicago Hajj Group based on my pleasant experience. All logistics for travel, hotel and visa were taken care by Chicago team efficiently at competetive price.
We had very good experience in Saudi Arabia as the local team for transportation from Jeddah to Makkah and back were promptly available on call.
