I have used [redacted] on two separate occasions and I found him to be honest, helpful, up front, and on point with his finding on the inspections that he performed for meHe answered all of my questions and responded to all of my phone calls and trust me I called him a lotHe gave me some critical information on one of the properties (THAT I DID NOT WANT TO HEAR), but I followed thought on what he said and it saved me from a lot of wasted time and most importantly MONEY! Brett did a terrible job with our home inspection, and, as a result, has cost us a lot of money He missed obvious defects and problems, including a significant issue with our chimney, which was quite expensive to repair This was a problem that should've come up in the inspection, and absolutely would've been negotiated with the seller But this is not the first time a home repair has come up; one that we were told by the specialist who ultimately repaired it that it absolutely should've been found by the home inspector and would've been addressed prior to the close I do not recommend anyone looking for a home inspector call this company There are plenty of experienced, professional, and ethical home inspection companies out there This, from our experience, is not one of them
