My boyfriend and I went in to get food because we were starving and we wanted to watch the UFC fightEvery other place was crazy busy and we had called ahead to make sure they had a table and they didWe got there and a sat downNo one greeted us or came to our table for over minutesWe knew it was busy but they were serving everyone else in the roomSome one finally came over and we hadn't even received a menu yetShe got us menus and took our drink orderminutes rolls by and we ordered our foodAfter waiting over an hour, we asked to get it boxed upWe had a sitter at home with the baby and she needed to leaveShe said it will be another minutes, gave us our check and we paid the billmore minutes go by and she brought us our orderI was so hungry I went to grab a slice of pizza and luckily I did because the order was wrongWe checked our other items and it was all wrongWe spoke with the owners about a refund, they were very rude to us and refused to give a refundSaying that the order was right and they weren't giving us our money backThe pizza was completely wrong I didn't know a meat lovers pizza didn't have any meat on it, even our waitress agreed it was wrong and the wings we ordered didn't have sauce on themThe cheese on the pizza was all over the box falling off the pizza and it looked like some one threw it on the floor We sat there for a while and noticed they only had person working in the kitchen he looked like he was maybe years oldThen saw a roach crawl into the kitchenWe slowly realized that the place we were in was highly disgustingThey had trash piling up on the floor tooWe just wanted our money so we could get out of that placeThey were still refusing so we just leftThey lost two great customers who planned on coming back every fight night but not any moreIts not the 30$ we care about it was the way we were treated from the minute we walked inWe later checked their Facebook, google and yelp to leave our reviews and read HUNDREDS of other reviews that had the same complaint plus more like ours, slow service, terrible food and sy cheap scape owners
I wish I could give starsI'm completely disgusted with this entire establishmentI went here for the first time with of my good friendsWe ordered an appetizer (Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks and chips) and one inch pizzawaited an hour and a half for the WRONG orderThe pizza looked stepped on and they didn't put sauce on our WingsAt this point we couldn't wait another hour for the RIGHT order so we simply and politely asked for a refundAfter being screamed at by the owner as he refused to refund us for food we didn't eat, I leftVery disappointedhours spent waiting for simple customer service30$*** tight wadsI'll never EVER go there again and I STRONGLY advise you to do the sameSave yourself time and moneyCompletely awful
