I had a great experience working with Bob [redacted] and his entire team! I called when I needed a roof inspection on a house I was looking to buyI was on a time crunch and Bob was able to come out next day for an inspectionThe report he provided was clear and informativeI enjoyed working with him for the inspection so much that I remember thinking “if we buy the house I hope to be able to give Chicago Roofing Services our business”When we bought the house and called right away to schedule the work he had quotedChicago Roofing Serves was able to come out a few days later for a full day jobI was not at home when the work was done, but I received a midday status report email with an update and pictures of the progressIt was a really nice touch! When the work was completed I received more pictures and a comprehensive invoice detailing all of the work that was done which I will save if I need a reference in the futureBob is always quick to respond to any emails with an answer or helpful tipI really appreciate working with vendors who are so attentive and responsive!

Chicago Roofing Services in Chicago is one of the worst company's to deal withThey replaced my roof and with in the month they put patches due to poor workmanshipThe brick work they did came out terrible uneven, mortar lines are different colors that stand out like a sore thumbI regret ever contracting them, I will not recommend to anyone

Their proposal was very detailed and they answered every question me and my wife had. As soon as we gave them the green light for the work they came out and completed the job. They were very clean and Professional. Very satisfied!!!

These guys totally wasted my time. Had three roofing projects that I wanted to hire them on and at first Bob seemed very professional but when their quote came in on the third roof, it was twice the price as other quotes I received so I asked him if he would do a price match for the third roof (as their advertising states that they will "meet or beat their competitor's quotes") and he basically laughed at me and refused. Not very professional. So, okay, I said then that I would still hire him to do the two roofs and not the third and I was all ready to proceed to the contract and start the project but then he blew me off and said "no", he didn't want to do any of them. I don't think I was rude in asking for a price match as that is what they advertise, apparently he didn't like that and was willing to give up $34k for his company to do the other two roofs. Total waste of my time but glad I found out how they operate before the project ever got signed or they got any of my money!

Bob is the best, they have great attributes. Honesty, Hard working, transparent and I can't say enough good words about him. He team worked late into the night and he gave us routine updates throughout the process. He wasn't the cheapest but by far the best and worth every penny. On topics such as roofs and leaking, you don't want someone who is cheaper but ultimately doesn't fix the problem. Bob knows what he's doing and I would recommend him to anybody that is in need of roofing services.
