This seems a situation where Chicago X-ray will sell the product and collect their fee but will wash their hands after that
My customer would not be happy if I had that same positionShould I tell them it is out of my hands now and they will have to contact the manufacture in Mexico for any solutions? My customers direct connection is through me, as mine is through Chicago x-rayIf they can't support a product they should not sell it and leave their dealers hanging
This x-ray has been in use for less than six months by my customerWe have waited for support then been given a batteryWhen this hadn't fixed the problem I had no alternative but to send it backThis total time has been over one year but, there has been delays as to what should be doneIt was returned in less than a year from the previous repair, that lasted a couple of weeks
My customer is going after meHe wants a x-ray of some kind and he isn't paying for itI don't feel that the problem rests with me

We have an impasse; we also have the same problem and the possible outcome is similar for usBasically, VATECH, the manufacturer is not willing to cooperateNeither you the extended dealer nor us the primary dealer ought to be responsibleThe Salomonic solution is to supply a new unit with both of us sharing the loss of the cost of a new unitIn lieu of this we are supplying free of charge a SIMILAR unit ( with an external battery called the BIOX) We are providing it with NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, nor do we provide service for the unitWe shall not act as a dealer in this case, ownership is to be registered with the manufacturer directlyWe are not to be contacted for any service on this replacementAcceptance of the unit constitutes acceptance of this agreementNote that carrying box is only for safe keeping as it is not to be construed a part of the unitNo further solution is available and we consider the matter closed as discussed by phone with the dealer
