This client was NEVER informed, led to believe, or mis represented that Chicagoland Concrete "guarantee for year
against cracks" IN Fact or contract, which she reviewed, signed and agreed to specifically states: "owner is aware that concrete cracking is unavoidable occurrence and that the common preventive crack controlling methods are not 100% full proof, HENCE ARE NOT COVRED UNDER ANY TYPE OF IMPLIED WARRANTY" (see attached signed contract)
Client had called CLC office and stated that the "stairs were all cracked up, and someone need to come out and fix them..." we informed the client that we would stop by and review the stairs
CLC project Mgr R *** reviewed the clients complaint and noted that there were NO cracks on stairs, that client had noticed a crack form where the sidewalk met the first step (see attached picture)
Client was informed that the crack she noticed is "and a-typical for this type of project and we would introduce a saw cut control joint to straighten the crack appearanceCLC informed the client that we would perform this action once the BALANCE THAT SHE FAILED TO PAY WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE 10/3/
Shortly after our follconversation with client Mrs ***, her complaint with Revdex.com was filed
Chicagoland Concrete has gone out of it's way to work with this client to appease her even while performing the original contract by discounting the hand railing re-install, to which she felt she shouldn't have to pay anything for the work of re-installing her wrot-iron handrails
CLC has replaced additional private sidewalk areas above and beyond her original contract while work was being performed in attempts to please Mrs***All attempts have failedWe are at a loss with making attempts to satisfy this client and refuse to remove a set a concrete stairs that there are no visible cracks or anything else visibly wrong with

Upon signing the contract for the work, I asked salesman *** if there was any type of warranty he said the work was guaranteed for year against cracks
When I contacted MgrR *** I told him the bottom step was cracking and asked if could come look at itHe said he would come that afternoon and get back to meI asked him if he still had my phone number, he said yes I'll call you and immediately hung upThat was the last I heard from himHe never called backThe crack is on the step and now the sidewalk is crackingIf Mr*** looked at it he would've seen the abcracksWhen the work was completed I did not know there was a balance dueI was not contacted about a saw cut, also when I received an email in November stating there was a balance due of $I called several times trying to make arrangements to pay itI called and would press billing and payments and no one ever answeredI left several voice mails alsoI was going to pay the balance due when I finally talked to Mgr*** this year about the cracks, when he said he would come by but he never called back
