them. Mr. [redacted] is correct that the brackets were not installed. We will install them. As far as the dirt issue, there is nothing in the contract that states a (load) of dirt to be delivered. We did back fill around the garage and driveway and this is not something that was ever charged to Mr. [redacted] We will also be out to address the issue regarding water entering through the service door. Mr. [redacted] has called Mr. [redacted] and has scheduled a time on Monday December 29,2014 to meet and address the issues.

Very slow. Company already cash out down payment deposit and still no actual start date on the project that's taking nearly a month now beginning from the contract signing to present
