I have tried to respont to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint but his phone only goes to voice mail. I tried to explain tgnat a $250 repair does not have any guarantee, and it just an attempt to solve a problem. In most cases a more expensive proposal is...

submitted but when the $250 repair is selected with hope that it might work is the reason we don't guauantee any repairs.
