Case ID # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com Representative, We here are Chicano’s Auto Sales thank you in allowing us to tell our side of the story and will do our very best to resolve this issue [redacted] had come to us to purchase a car on 4-7-in which we had placed her into a Ford Mustang for $Down (Sales Taxes alone were $390.00, so the real down payment was $110.00), during this time [redacted] had told us about the AC and power steering which was fixed on our behalf without any out of pocket expenses from [redacted] (Even though this was outside of our implied warranty) [redacted] then had a change of mind and wanted a different car so we contracted her again on 4-27-for the VW Passat and during this time [redacted] had not made her payment for the deferred down payment of $on either one of the cars so we still continued to help her as she reassured us that we would get our payments, and during this time there was no conversation about the oil, fuel injectors, AC nor a hairline crack on the blockDuring this time [redacted] had missed not only her deferred down payment but her first payment that was due and again no comment about vehicles condition via TEXT (Exhibit A)Again we started collection efforts and getting a lot of excuses of why she could not make her payment texting her around March 15; 2015, (Exhibit B), during March thru March she had made commitments to bring in the past due of $but she was going to have another person assume the loan again no comments via Text about the cars condition at all except for the batteryAgain during our collection efforts via texting June 13th we can clearly see that she has not complained about any of these issues except for the battery however we are now due the deferred down and payments which is $and you can clearly see that she wants to give us the car back and that it doesn’t runMy question to [redacted] if the car did not run how did you put on miles from 4-27-to 6-17-2015? Also how did you come to a conclusion that the fuel injectors are stuck shut if you were still able to drive it for so long and down to my location here on van buren( if they were stuck shut the car would not turn over) And as far as a HAIRLINE CRACK on the block we show no indications of that at all, and about the battery well that has been removed from the car by [redacted] and per our contract what is bolted to the car remains with car even under a voluntary repossession and would still be Chicanos property not for [redacted] to pull out and take it with her as she didDesired Settlement I would like to get at the very least get $@ cents per mile for the miles driven on the car and the battery replacedPlease let me know how you want to pursue this. Thanks [redacted] Management

Case ID # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com Representative, We here are Chicano’s Auto Sales thank you in allowing us to tell our side of the story and will do our very best to resolve this issue. [redacted] had come to us to purchase a car on 4-7-2015 in which we had placed...

her into a 2004 Ford Mustang for $500.00 Down (Sales Taxes alone were $390.00, so the real down payment was $110.00), during this time [redacted] had told us about the AC and power steering which was fixed on our behalf without any out of pocket expenses from [redacted] (Even though this was outside of our implied warranty). [redacted] then had a change of mind and wanted a different car so we contracted her again on 4-27-2015 for the 2003 VW Passat and during this time [redacted] had not made her payment for the deferred down payment of $300.00 on either one of the cars so we still continued to help her as she reassured us that we would get our payments, and during this time there was no conversation about the oil, fuel injectors, AC nor a hairline crack on the block. During this time [redacted] had missed not only her deferred down payment but her first payment that was due and again no comment about vehicles condition via TEXT (Exhibit A). Again we started collection efforts and getting a lot of excuses of why she could not make her payment texting her around March 15; 2015, (Exhibit B), during March 23 thru March 26 she had made commitments to bring in the past due of $560.00 but she was going to have another person assume the loan again no comments via Text about the cars condition at all except for the battery. Again during our collection efforts via texting June 13th 2015 we can clearly see that she has not complained about any of these issues except for the battery however we are now due the deferred down and 2 payments which is $820.00 and you can clearly see that she wants to give us the car back and that it doesn’t run. My question to [redacted] if the car did not run how did you put on 5281 miles from 4-27-2015 to 6-17-2015? Also how did you come to a conclusion that the fuel injectors are stuck shut if you were still able to drive it for so long and down to my location here on van buren( if they were stuck shut the car would not turn over).  And as far as a HAIRLINE CRACK on the block we show no indications of that at all, and about the battery well that has been removed from the car by [redacted] and per our contract what is bolted to the car remains with car even under a voluntary repossession and would still be Chicanos property not for [redacted] to pull out and take it with her as she did. Desired Settlement  I would like to get at the very least get $2376.00 @ 0.45 cents per mile for the 5281 miles driven on the car and the battery replaced. Please let me know how you want to pursue this. Thanks[redacted] Management
