Review: I paid this hairstylist to dye my hair half blonde and half red. I already had red hair so she needed to bleach the part I wanted blond. this was a difficult task however she stated she been doing hair for 15 yrs. I bought all my own products and was in her shop for over 8 hrs. The finished product came out looking worse than how I went in. She still charged me double the price even though I paid for all my products myself. I requested a partial refund she said she wouldn't refund anything but she would fix it after I returned from vacation. I came back from vacation on 8/5/13 and I contacted her about fixing my hair which by now was very dry and brittle and a nasty brown color . She said she wouldn't spend another day wasting her time on my hair and wouldn't refund any of the money I paid her as well.Desired Settlement: I am now requesting a refund for the 130.00 I paid her because I had to pay someone else to fix my hair correctly. She didn't have a clue as to what she was doing and it ended up costing me more than it shouldve

Spoke to [redacted] and she stated that the customer was advised that by the use of her own products, the finished outcome could not be guaranteed by the stylist because they were not products picked by the stylists in the salon. The customer was also advised from the beginning that the first outcome of color would be pink, which is what happened when bleach is added to red hair. After the use of the customer’s own products it did not fix the color. The stylist then used her own products and rinse. After that did not provide the proper color a new color was added. While it was not the color the customer really wanted she left satisfied but called the next day to state that she was not satisfied. The stylist states that the customer was not charged the full price of the overall appointment.
