Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/07/13) */ Spoke with Mrs [redacted] on 7/8/She stated she has another company coming to look at her mower on 7/14/to see what might be wrong since the mower is under warrantyif the standard tune up maintenance that we had done had caused the problem we agreed that we would find a resolution at that at that time Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/07/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) we did not come to agree on anything he never said if they caused the problem we could resolve thisI had Sears come to see what could be the problem and he suggested maybe vapor lock and not to tighten gas cap so I tried this I will have to try this again when I cut my whole yard to see what happens Also with me having small engine specialty work it voids any warranties I had and sears cancelled my extended warranty I recently purchased and I can not have Sears work on it any more so I guess I learned my lesson there But person I talked to today said he thought $was a lot as I thought too So I still want some money back and being I paid about $with other repairs at other businesses in past I would like the difference back

I needed someone to repair my sprinklerI called the company name" Independent Sprinklers,
LLC for the jobTheir technician called *** came to my house and agreed to do the job for $They asked me to fill out the contract, sign it and send it to them which I didTwo weeks later they came to complete the job , but they were unable to complete the jobThey told me the job required extra work, and it will cost $moreI agreed to pay pay the extra moneySince then I am waiting for them to come repair my sprinklersI am waiting for them to do the job since JanuaryThey do not answer calls or return messages

Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience; its either poor customer service or poor quality of foodMany days I will drive past this location and go mins out of my way to go to the Cedar Hill location where I have a great experience every time, but tonight, after a hour shift at work, I was too tired to make the extra driveI went through the drive thru and ordered a Market Salad baseAfter paying for the salad, I was handed the worst restaurant salad I've ever seenIt appeared to have been turned on its side prior to being given to me or either had the chicken removed to make it a 'base salad'; my instinct is telling me its probably the second optionI had already waited in the long line wrapped about the building after long day at work and was too tired to get go through the usual song and dance with this place; ieI speak with a manager about the quality of the food and they make a bunch of excuses - "oh we're too busy to check every salad", etcI've

I eat at Chic-fil-a quite a bit. I keep all receipts so I can prove this. I usually eat at[redacted]. I only go to [redacted] out of convenience on the way home from work. The past 3 times that I went to this location, I had issues. Here are the issues and were about a week apart: 1st day= I went inside for take out. I waited a while due to high traffic. My food came up and was given to someone else. I had to wait even longer for fresh food. 2nd issue= I again went inside so there would be no confusion. I got my food and drove home. The chicken was not fresh and was very dried out. The fries were cold. 3rd issue: I went inside again to thwart confusion. I ordered a regular sandwich and fries. I got home and the sandwich was one of the spicy ones. This did not agree with my digestive issues after a couple of bites when I realized it was not of normal taste. After this many problems in a row at "only this location", I called the manager. I told her my story and at this point I was not happy. I never have issues at any other location. Usually I don't complain but after 3 times in a row, I was a little upset. I work hard for my money and expect what I pay for. The manager said that she would send me vouchers in the mail to compensate my loss. It has been a week and have not received even an apology in the mail. This adds fuel to the fire that she was apparantly patronizing me. I will never eat at this location again, because of the level of incompetence (in my opinion according to my experiences there)and unprofessionalism. I cannot remember her name, but I can remember seeing her in the store when I went. She was a short african american lady. I am not looking for free food. I only want what I paid for. I am sure that I spend over a hundred dollars per month at Chic-fil-a. If receipts are needed, I can provide them.
