I purchased lunch from this location on 11/19/ticket #My total was $*** for a chicken burrito grande, side of sour cream, and a sweet teaMy debit card was double SWIPED by ***The first charge posted on 11/as it should haveThe second charge was pending on my bank account as a authorization hold that posted on 11/for $***I called on 11/and spoke with an employee and explained what happened, she took my information and stated she would have a manager look into it and someone would call me backNo one called me back so I went to the business in person on 11/to speak with someone to see if I could get this resolvedI provide the manager with my original receipt and a copy of my bank statement showing the charge coming out twiceAfter going back and forth with the manager that was there that day, I got nothing resolvedShe told me that she didn't believe that they charged me twice, even though I showed her my bank statementShe refused to check her cre
