This company has refused a full refund of unopened software and keeps wanting me to call them. There is nothing to discuss here. I do not want to be sold anything else or given some sort of credit for another product which does not work. I just simply want a full refund. How hard can that be? This company has already lost far more than this product is worth in lost sales. In my opinion, refusing to provide a refund for unopened software returned constitutes consumer fraud per se. That this company would conduct business in this way shows how desperate they must be. In my experience, taking money from people without providing a viable product is bad karma and will result in much greater losses.
A chargeback has already been filed with my bank and the money has already been placed in my account. This is a no brainer and it amazes and saddens me that someone would try to get away with scamming their customers in this way.
