Complaint ID ***,Here at Chickie’s and Pete’s, we strive to give a superior product as well as excellent customer service!! We have looked into this problem & have taken steps necessary to ensure that this does not ever happen to any of our loyal customers !! We have called this customer numerous times , but she has not returned any of our calls. We are trying to understand exactly what happened & we are happy to do whatever it takes to accommodate her in a way that would keep her as a loyal & valued customer!
