We at here at Chico Fiesta would like offer our sincerest apologies for the perceived injustice of inconvenienceWithin our establishment we recognize the extreme importance of customer service and satisfaction, we take extreme pride in our ability to provide the best service to our patronsWe acknowledge how vital customer feedback is to the continued growth and success of our business and take consumer complaints very seriouslyConsequently, we would like to address the matters brought to our attention by ove [redacted] *through the Revdex.comIn order of the first complaint of the food not being ready upon arrival, we would like to assure our consumers we strive to have all orders prepared in a timely and efficient manner with a minimum amount of wait timeBeing as there is no way for either customer or establishment to identify the exact amount of waiting time, we must again offer our apologies for the perceived inconvenience in this matterPerhaps in order to comply with the numerous additional specifications and special requests, this large order took slightly more time than our average customers orderAlthough the customer is correct in pointing out that we do not label each individual order so further decrease our pick up orders preparatory time, all of us to go meals are package with clear plastic lids so the consumer can easily clearly recognize their specific orderIn this case when our manager received the call of complaint, the customer was not merely dissatisfied but irate and spoke in an extremely prejudice and dehumanizing manner demanding that every signal meal be replaced for freeThere was no mention of what specific order was not accurate just that the entire order was wrongWhile we thoroughly realize we are capable of mistakes and make every effort to atone for them when necessary, it was perceived by management as highly unlikely that all orders were indeed incorrectDue to the customer's irrational demands and demeaning tone, Chico Fiesta management attempted to mitigate the situation by offering two free meals or the equivalent on this customers next orderAfter approximately weeks, we received yet another extremely unprofessional call with racist remarks regarding our Mexican heritage demanding their meals be given to them for freeWe would like to take this opportunity once again to say how much we value and appreciate all of our customer's happiness and satisfactionBut in this single individual and unprecedented case, where our employee was subjected to such irrational demands and racist remarks and we determined it was unneeded to oblige their demands for free mealsNevertheless, in attempt to pacify this individual's alleged inconvenience, and in the hopes that no further defamation of our establishment through use written libel or verbalized slander, which may have to be further legally addressed, Chico Fiesta Management offers a complete reimbursement of the original purchase on July 8th, of $Kindest Regards, Administrative Management of Chico Fiesta

We would like to take this opportunity once again to say how much we value and appreciate all of our customer's happiness and satisfaction. But in this single individual and unprecedented case, where our employee was subjected to such irrational demands and racist remarks and we determined it was unneeded to oblige their demands for 8 free meals. Nevertheless, in attempt to pacify this individual's alleged inconvenience, and in the hopes that no further defamation of our establishment through use written libel or verbalized slander, which may have to be further legally addressed, Chico Fiesta Management offers a complete reimbursement of the original purchase on July 8th, 2016 of $118.00.
