Spoke to business over phone, Business stated that they covered the $140 for the consumer for the part. We even said we were willing to work out some sort of deal for her to trade in the vehicle if she was still unhappy with it, and consumer said she would get back to us. I, [redacted] called to...

follow up with her and have not heard anything back. But as of now, her  vehicle was repaired at no cost to her, which is what she was asking.

Attached are the documents/agreement between Chico Nissan and Mr. [redacted].On 08.18.2017, Mr. [redacted] authorized the replacement of the (TRANSMISSION) for his Nissan Frontier, VIN# [redacted] for the amount of $5800.00. After a failed attempt to have the said vehicle towed to another...

facility, Mr. [redacted] and his son "Gio", his translator, spoke to service consultant, [redacted] and [redacted], our translator to authorize the needed repair, in person,  in the service office, at the dealership. A new repair order, # [redacted] was generated at 1630pm, on 08.18.17, for the amount of $5800.0. In reference to the original Repair order attached # [redacted] where the transmission was deemed "failed" and recommended. Mr. [redacted] then signed an estimate for repairs of $5800.00 (see pre write attached) authorizing Chico Nissan to proceed with the agreed repair. After completion of the repairs, Mr. [redacted] was notified via phone @ phone number [redacted]). The final repair order total was approximately $80.00 less than our estimate, including tax. It was then Chico Nissan started receiving phone calls form "[redacted]", Mr. [redacted]'s other son with his false accusations that authorization for the repair was not obtained. [redacted], was not present for any of the discussions, nor present for the agreement signed to proceed with the repair. I was also contacted by NNA, Nissan North America involved in this matter per a complaint filed by [redacted]. NNA found that proper authorization was obtained and no further action will be taken.  In conclusion: Our attached documents of both repairs orders and signed estimate to proceed with the needed repairs prove that the repair performed was approved under an agreed contract between Mr. [redacted] and Chico Nissan.Thank you for your time.Chico NissanService Manager[redacted]

Review: I bought a Nissan Versa over three months ago and have not received the pink slip yet after repeated requests. I need to sell this vehicle and am unable to do so without the pink slip. Nissan hyundai Is the registered owner and so far all they've given me are repeated assurances that the pink slip is in the mail, but it has failed to show up so far. I'm at me wits end with frustration.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FROM NISSAN HYUNDAI.
