Chico Office Cleaning

Review: The business cleans my office on weekends and has since May of 2013.During this time I would frequently need to contact them to request an improvement in performance cleaning the office.I needed to contact them during the week of Dec 1 and was unable to get any response.Their business phone is disconnected and the cell phone voice-mail is full. There was no response to multiple emails.The office cleaners then failed to show up to clean my office at their normal time the weekend of Dec. 6.I have since changed cleaning services and need her to return my office key and retrieve her vacuum cleaner mop/bucket and various cleaning supplies.I have had the locks changed as I have no expectation that she will contact me.Desired Settlement: I have not received a bill for services performed in November.I want to deduct the locksmith cost from that bill.I want her to retrieve her cleaning supplies.
