Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This towing company lied about half of the message they responded withI contacted the Revdex.com for the 2nd time because she had added on more fees after stating sh1e would not while I was waiting for [redacted] ***s and The *** to fix this issueI have email to prove this! She tried to take advantage of that situation after stating I would only get charged for the tow and storage feeShe had added more money after I emailed her to see if I could come get my truck because I had received the titleI confronted her about it and she responded in a very unprofessional way which I can proveShe removed those fees when I told her I was contacting you all againI'm happy I got my truck back but I need and want to make sure no one else has to experience the stress that she caused me! I almost had to surrender my truck to her because she tried to add on those fees If it had not been for me contact and you all I would have lost my truck to her All she cared about was making money when she knew that I was in a situation that I could not handle always the South Carolina department of motor vehicles could handle I have no further complaints at this timeI just want to make sure that this isn't done to anybody else that is in my situation in the future that just so happens to get a title from a dealership, that is the wrong titleI am happy I got my truck back but I hope to God I never have to do business with this crooked company againAlso my last name is ***Not ***! She had added more money after I emailed her to see if I could come get my truck because I had received the title. I confronted her about it and she responded in a very unprofessional way which I can prove. She removed those fees when I told her I was contacting you all again. I'm happy I got my truck back but I need and want to make sure no one else has to experience the stress that she caused me! Ref [redacted] & [redacted] There has been numerous correspondence between Ms. [redacted] and this office.  At this point, this is bordering on harassment.  Additionally, Ms. [redacted] has put in writing her intention to seek legal counsel (which she is welcome to do) and therefore her...

numerous and repetitive complaints should be handled via attorneys. There are pages of documentation, which can be provided as requested; however in an effort to streamline and close this process, the following facts are presented and [redacted] is Washington State Law reference point for any and all determination of how matters are handled: 1.     Errors related to registered owner information originated with the dealership responsible for selling Ms. [redacted] the vehicle.  The notification process of a vehicle impoundment is based on Department of Licensing information.2.     A release of a vehicle and/or personal possessions is identified and mandated by [redacted].3.     Ms. [redacted] was not charged additional fees whatsoever.  In fact, she was charged for the original service and one day of storage, although her vehicle was her for several months.  Additionally, she was provided a secondary tow (returning vehicle to her residence) at a discounted rate.4.     Upon documentation that Ms. [redacted] was the registered owner of said vehicle she was provided a Right of Redemption/Opportunity for Hearing (see attached).5.     In final correspondence to Ms. [redacted], amongst other points of [redacted] the last sentence read exactly as follows "I wish you nothing but the best in sorting through your anger and hard feelings, however misplaced they are."Ms. [redacted] has absorbed a great time of professional time for staff at my office and appears to lack understanding of the laws that we are bound by.  Since she has stated her intentions to seek legal counsel, it is my sincere hope that the Revdex.com will close this case given that we have gone above and beyond our capacity in an effort to satisfy a situation that was not our responsibility and should she wish to pursue further legal action that can be sorted out via attorneys and court.  It has become unproductive to further this conversation.
