Review: April 14,2015 I ordered a snug top shell for my truck and they required full payment! I called numerous times to find out when it will arrive. On May 18 they told me it arrived but was damaged so they sent it back for repairs. Again after numerous calls we went to pick it up on June 29,2015. We had an appointment and when we showed up it appeared to be sitting on the ground and was extremely dirty (wasn't sure it matched my truck). After and hour and a half the installation we inspected the shell. Which revealed a damaged gasket and broken fiberglass edge along the rear window frame. We rejected the shell and asked it be removed. (He wanted us to take it!)So he is sending it back to be repaired again. We paid top dollar for a new shell and have waited 12 full weeks this is starting week 13. We asked for our money back and Greg refused. We sent a letter again requesting our money back and they did not accept the letter. We paid full price up front for a New undamaged shell! We waited an extremely long time this is unacceptable. Never offered an apology or a discount. We want our money back! [redacted] and [redacted] We sure hope you can help us!Desired Settlement: We would like our money back in Full! $3,059.25 This has been a great inconvenience and we would like to move on. I would never do business with this company again. We even wrote to Snug Top and they never responded.
