Hi this is [redacted] Responding to the response of Chicos Kustoms and their accusationsI myself have not spoken to anyone from Chicos Kustoms since picking my vehicle up the 2nd time, the gentleman spoke to my son [redacted] , not sure why when I took the car in and gave him my money My son does not live with me nor do I see or communicate with him on a regular basisThe professional thing to do is contact the customer so as not to have any misunderstandings So far as the accusations, I called Chicos Kustoms times or more was because I dropped my car off on a Tues and not heard from him until I made contactI called Weds to check the status of my car, he said he was waiting on the part, Thurs after work I called to check the status because he was not communicating, I was told the part was in and the car would be done first thing Fri morning, when I got work at 330pm Fri I called again he said he was putting the finishing touches on the car and he would call me back I had not heard from him, it was 630pm Fri and getting dark and I began to worry because I had an event to attend at I called Chicos Kustoms by then due to lack of communication He answered the phone after my times and when he answered I told him I was starting to get irritated, he did not return my call as stated above then proceeded to tell me that he had a customer and he don't answer the phone when he's tended to customers but after that he started cursing and then I told him I was on my way up to his shopCall my daughter to ask her for a ride I don't do arguments over the phoneWhen my daughter and myself arrived the gentleman and his lady friend was already outside he was leaning on the wall with a hoodie on when he came to me we begin to argue again so then the lady stepped in between us and said it's Friday and we have neighbors I told her I'd rather speak to her because she was more, as I said the gentleman was cursing and I don't like being cursed atMy daughter and my cell did not block his driveway as he stated my daughter has a truck so we pulled in I never got belligerent I never called him little boyI told him why I call because I was getting nervous because it was not communicating and because he had my carHe then began to threaten said he was going to lean sell my car and to get off his property he said myself and my sons were no longer allowed to come to his shop I said fine in the meantime I wanted my car and he wanted his money I never tried to get the car without paying that's why I went to the bank to get the money I just did not like his form of communicationThe lady and myself exchange the key and I'm in the money at the same time as I stated to them I didn't trust him due to his business skills he then apologized for his behavior and his cursing I asked for a receipt I was told they don't do receiptsThey wanted my email address I refused I don't trust them I then asked for some type evidence of the partsMy daughter called her father to ask him questions because of the guys refusal to show me the parts or a receiptThe guy from Chico's Customs have never spoken to me he's spoken to my son my son have not give me the information on time not sure why the guys communicating with my son when I'm the customer and it's my moneyI don't want the part and my money I just want my moneyHad the guy answered my calls and or my text messages we could have resolved everything but he refused because he was talking to my son instead of me my son is not the customer my son did not give him the money I did so he should have communicated with meI did take my car to BMW and I have printouts for what's wrong with the car which is the same thing he fixed which was the fuel pump and I have other print out so I did everything that he told me but due to his lack of communication with me he wouldn't be able to know what was done to my carAt this point in time my car is still not working I've had to rent cars I've had to pay for rides and I don't find it fair had the gentleman called me we could have the car back so you could take the part out and have this issue resolved

I have received your message regarding Chicos Kustoms being at the same address as another auto mechanic shop. I received this handwritten receipt from Chicos Kustoms also drove by and had taken a photo of their sign over the door of Chicos Customs. I also have text messages from the
owner of Chicos Kustoms and yes both shops are on one property

This is in response to the complaint filed by Mrs*** *** came in with a fuel pump issueWe inspected the vehicle and found the high pressure pump not functioningWe replaced it with a Bosch Premium fuel pumpThe day the vehicle was picked up it failed againFrom research we have done we found this to be a recurring problem on those BMW's, we then adviced *** to go to the dealership and we refunded her the $she paid for the LaborBefore her vehicle was ready to pickup she called to check status, I was in the process of talking to a customer at the shop, she then proceeded to call me times and became very angry and belligerentOnce I returned her call to tell her her car was ready she yelled a bit and grew angrierOnce she arrived at my business her and her daughter started by completely blocking out driveway, exiting the vehicle and yelling "where are my keys!!! Little boy!!!" She wanted to take keys witout paymentWe went back and forth for her to pay, the young lady who works my front desk had to come outside and de-escalate the situationOnce she paid the balance she was given her keysIn the days to come she asked for a full refundI informed her I would be able to give her a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, once she returned the fuel pump to usHe does not want to return the fuel pumpShe wants the cash and the fuel pumpShe has continued to call me and text me and harass meI decided to respond to her once she threatened to take me to courtI figured the court would make the best judgement

We will not touch [redacted]'s vehicle. She is welcome to return the fuel pump completely in tact, in a bag, I still have original packaging. We will not remove the pump for her, she has been refunded labor. [redacted] States she arrived to me standing leaned against the wall with a hoodie, I do not even own a hoodie. The reason I spoke with her son is because he too repepeatedly called me. They did not.want to return the part for a refund. Once the part is returned it must be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and verification of failure, once return is accepted they will issue a refund. We have never had any issues like this with any customer, the reason I mentioned I would lien sale her car was because she was refusing to pay. Not one single customer in any shop ever is handed their keys before paying the bill. I was taught not to do that when in technical school. In addition we have been paperless for over a year, we explained that to [redacted], who grew more belligerent. I use QuickBooks well known invoicing software and if she would have cooperated she would have received a emailed invoice for the work performed while we stood there. If she cannot return the pump in the condition stated and wait for a refund then I have no choice but to wait for her to follow through with her threats of court. I feel very confident the judge will sort it all out for her.
