Our positions on this matter are quite different, and I do not see an easy resolution here.  Frankly, I do not feel that my company has fault in this matter.   [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I am very disatified!!! The [redacted] of the company has stated things that are not true at all...I called the company 3 times with no return calls so, there was never an offer of a resolution to the flooding and raw sewage...the tech never once told me that he was not a plumber and proceeded to pretend to be one...I never stated there was a problem with the pump...I wanted a plumber present while turning it on...and by the way the [redacted] said that I was told there was problems with the plumbing??? Also not true...I would never have left the pump running if I had any indication that there was problems...he told me everything was good...I never knew he was not a plumber until I called the company and they told me over the phone that he was not a plumber...Thanks for all the help in this matter

The complaint is not accurate.David Gray Plumbing, Inc was not called out to "check everything" and never advised the client that "everything else checked just fine".  David Gray Plumbing, Inc. was called out by the client to address an issue on her well pump.  No further service requests...

were made.  A pump technician was sent out and resolved the issue on the pump; this completed the service call.While the pump technician was onsite, he was asked by client about the status of plumbing in the home.  He advised her that the house's plumbing system had obvious issues and that he was a pump technician not a plumber.  This should not have been a surprise as the client called in for an issue with her pump.David Gray Plumbing, Inc. made effort to address the client's perceived issue but was not successful.  Eventually, we ceased our resolution efforts.David Gray Plumbing, Inc. has no fault in this matter.  As such, no resolution is due and none will be offered.[redacted]

Two different services were provided at the same address.  The first was for plumbing repairs performed on 8/4/16 and the second was for clearing a drain on 8/10/16.  Each resulted in a separate legitimate invoice.  Unfortunately, my office handled this matter poorly and did not...

provide proper responsiveness or customer service.  Equally regrettable is the fact that the second invoice (for service performed on 8/10) was forwarded to our Collection Agent without proper attempted communication with the client.  That should not have happened.This second invoice will be credited away and all collection effort will cease.  I regret our mistake in this matter.[redacted]
