expect you to pay for that hour. At first examination we felt like a 50% refund was fair because we traveled one hour to you, picked up both parties at their house, got them to the church, an alternate picture location and finally to the venue.Our driver is diesel mechanic, he was certain he was going to be able to resolve the issue. He was under a great deal of stress and by no means was trying to be rude. In an attempt to get the bus fixed his demeanor may have not have been to your liking. I can assure you that there was no ill-will and that would be completely out of character for him. He has a 15 year track record with us as being an excellent driver and has extraordinary customer service skills. If this was not your experience we again apologize.Regarding final payment, our driver entered the venue to ask permission of the establishment to leave the bus on their property and then mistakenly thought he needed to collect the balance due. He maintains that he did not ask for an additional gratuity and was extremely grateful for the tip he received at the beginning of the day.Best Regards,Chic’s Limousine
