I purchased an item from this company 11/16/and to this day 12/27/I still have not received itI received an email 12/1/that my item had been shippedI have contacted the company more than times by phone and emailNo one can find my package and UPS and USPS both say they've never received itI've asked them to send out another packed to get her before Christmas but no one did thatThe one custermer service person at the company hasn't been able to help at all and just has been putting me off This has been one of the worst customer experiences that I have ever had! I'm worried that I've been scammed!
