Review: Gentleman came in to replace back door glass on my SUV on April 10th 2014. Next day as I took tape off I found out that he scratched the body around the glass as he used a blade to take old seal off and scratches are very deep and all around. Next thing I noted that the rubber seal is sticking out leaving a gap and water might come in through that gap. Then I noted that glass has deep scratches as after I started cleaning the glass. Not just he did an awful job putting it in and also he put in used glass that he might have bought it at the junkyard. As it says on the receipt LIFE TIME GUARANTEE ON LABOR. I called him and requested him to come in and fix the seal. He said he will call back and never did, so next day I called and he wouldn't pick up his phone. Couple of minutes later I called him from a different phone and he picked up and said he is very busy and will call me back. Never called back again, then after couple of days of trying few times and got hold of him and he promised that he will show up next day and never did. Again after few tries got hold of him that not just that you did a bad job and on the top you are ignoring me and not willing to fix it, right after he started YELLING.Last conversation I had with him was on Friday April 18th and he said he will be there on Monday April 21st and didn't show up again.I am extremely frustrated with the whole situation as he caused lot of damage on my car and put a used glass and messed up the seal as well.People like him with no integrity and extremely un professional should not be allowed to run a business and providing services to other people.Thank you for your time and consideration Best regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would have have him replace the glass and fixed the seal but after over two weeks of trying to contact him and not just he is willing to fix the problem on the top yelled at me as it was my fault .Now not just I would like a full refund of $200 also want him to get my car fixed ( all the scratches around on the body)I have kept level of respect dealing with him and gave him plenty of chances to make it up but no result
