Review: My business ([redacted] inc) gets electricity and gas from [redacted] and [redacted]. On the most current [redacted] bill, the chief energy was listed as an ESCO, [redacted] imposed an ESCO charge in the amount of $517.18. I have never contacted neither [redacted] nor The chief energy to enroll such ESCO service.
Same scenario happened to my [redacted] account.
I have contacted the chief energy for a validated signed agreement to show who enrolled my business to such service. My request was declined by the chief energy because they stated that such agreement does not exist.
The service charge that I have to pay for such unauthorized service exceeds 2000 usd since April. Both and [redacted] have told me that it takes them 4-8 weeks to stop the ESCO service. I am still responsible for the service charge during this period.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund from the chief energy for the unauthorized service and charges which was imposed to my [redacted] and [redacted] accounts. I also demand any written agreement for the enrollment of such service.
