Chief Pool Plastering

Review: We hired Chief pool plastering to replace tile and resurface our pool, we expressed that we wanted a BLUE bottom pool and [redacted] convinced us that China blue color is very nice and we would love it. We already had a pool service person and they were going to take care of the start up chemicals for us and he said that was fine, before she could [redacted] put anything in the pool she advised us that the pool had a lot of build-up already and she added what acid she had and would be back in the Morning to continue the treatment. I notified [redacted] and told him about it and he recommended a different person to continue the start up which I did. They ended up doing an acid bath which [redacted] said to do, I have asked [redacted] several time to come and look at the pool because we are not happy the way it looks, we keep telling him the pool is NOT blue. Its more like a gray [redacted] a green bottom pool and it's nothing like what we wanted and he is now blaming the pool finish on our pool service person when she did nothing but add one gallon of acid to the pool. We have asked [redacted] to make this problem right but all he wants to do is blame it on somebody else.Desired Settlement: We would like chief pool plastering to re do the pool in the blue that we wanted in the first place....
