I am in receipt of your letter of 3/20/I've hada back operation & have been unavailable, Mr*** came to our shop with a leaking axle seal, Our mechanic did every thingto satisfy him and repair his truck while he constantly annoyedhim while whrking with questions and watching him, when
no one is allowed in our shopOur mechanic has never had a job re-turned or issued a complaint about his finished workThere is NO proof of this seal leaking againHe was told to bring thetruck back to our shop for reviewOur prices were very reasonable& we were curteous until he proceeded to annoy all of us with constant phone callsWe did every thing we could to satisfy him, but he did not bring the truck back to our shop forfurther inspectionif you need further information, you may contact our office.Attached is a copy of the work order .FROM: MARILYN
