I am sorry, but that is not a justified response. It cost me and addictions $134 to have the entire band and diamond replaced. Both “diamonds” given to us were not real, close to the same quality, or even the same cut. There were in fact bubbles on the ring as I was shown by another jeweler and again, yellow gold was used on a rose gold band. All together a simple ring resizing cost me close to $200 and the emotional distress I had to deal with was beyond words. My fiancé worked very hard to get me the ring of my dreams and I couldn’t even look at it after the hack job that was done by chiefs. I’ve attached pictures of the misshapen band, where it was thinner, and the mismatched “diamond” they replace it with.

We were very willing to resolve any issues this customer had. However when they came to store their cursing, threats and aggressive behavior made it impossible. We even gave the Warwick Police two diamonds for them to take with them as with them to use to replace the stone that the Customer lost in her ring. Even though sizing her ring had nothing to do with her Stone falling out. The ring sizing was done perfectly. These two Diamonds were tested on the Diamond Tester in front of the Warwick Police. The accusations in this complaint are not accurate.Chiefs had always pleased. all their customers. We have two Master Jewelers with over 45 Years experperience. We will refund the $45.00 paid for the ring sizing at our store only.Thank you.

If the ring sizing was done perfectly, then why was my ring oval shaped instead of round? Why was yellow gold used on a rose gold band and why was it thinner where the ring resizing was done? There was no cursing or threats made as I filmed the entire conversation. In fact we were threatened and sworn at by an affiliate of the store for not getting out of the parking lot fast enough The police told the affiliate to go inside immediately. My fiancé just demanded the issues be resolved. I should not of had to pay an additional $134 dollars for a simple ring resizing. The one diamond given to the police was not in fact real nor was the one put in the ring. My ring is still not perfect and it’s all because of my experience at chiefs discount jewlers.
