HiI am responding to your complain just want to clear few points1, customer dress did arrived on time customer is not truth gum about itUsually we take 50% advance we try to accommodate the customer took only 20%3, customer wanted s heavy scarf we gave her our own sample to accommodate her$extra they paid was for that sample that they had,If they bring sample back we are willing to return $Our store policy is no rerun or exchange but we can do an exception if they bring dress back we can give em store credit for future purchasesThanks

HiI am responding to your complain just want to clear few points1, customer dress did arrived on time customer is not truth gum about it.2. Usually we take 50% advance we try to accommodate the customer took only 20%3, customer wanted s heavy scarf we gave her our own sample to accommodate her.4. $200 extra they paid was for that sample that they had,5. If they bring sample back we are willing to return $2006. Our store policy is no rerun or exchange but we can do an exception if they bring dress back we can give em store credit for future purchasesThanks
