I want to thank you for your feedback and our goal here at Chihuahua's is take every ones concern inconsideration and make the best decision for both parties, every commit we receive good or bad can only make us as a company better I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience here with us
at Chihuahua's, however we have signs posted all with in the restaurant and on our facebook page that a handful of the prices on our menus are incorrectlyThe waiter was trying to explain to you about the incorrect price on your ticket, which were for the Tacos The waiter was trying to resolve the issue before any manager got involved as he has with other understanding customers, however since he seen that you was still not happy with the explanation given to you he went back to gave you a discount for the difference on the ONLY ONE ITEM that was wrong price giving you the price that the menu initially hasThe assistant manger for that night was made aware of the situation and asked that if everything was okay, no answer was given to her as you left the restaurant as the video shows To say that you were charge 50% more on you bill is very incorrect, the difference was $as I took the time out to pull your receipt and looked over it myself the discrepancy that I seen once again was for the Tacos If you provide me with he number you called on, I can verify when you called and if you where placed on hold for 20+ minutes, as if this happened, it will be addressed Once again I would like to apologize to you about the inconvenience you had with us and to let you know the I agree that the waiter was in fault of this situation, he should have advise you in advance about some of our incorrect prices and should have gotten the manager at the very beginning instead of trying trying to give you any cashWe are sadly that as many times that you have been coming, one misunderstanding have made you dislike us as much as to announce on facebook and other areas that we overcharge as if it was a common thing Please don't take this personal as I can not honor you on your 100% refund, however I will like for you to continue being a loyal customer to ChihuahuasI can honor you with a 20% discount on your next visit Please be advise that the decision was made by our research from the video camera, interview with the manager, waiter and sales records as this made it difficult for us to respond within days Sincerely President/Manager

I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurate I appreciate the business for taking the time to look into this but if you were to really look into it, you would have accurate data I ordered items (entrees, drink) of which were incorrectly priced The margarita was a special that day and I was originally charged $8.99, which he fixed and charged $ He did adjust the tacos, but there was another entree that I ordered that may have been $0.50-$off that was not adjusted So in fact yes, it wasn't 50% of my order was incorrect, it was actually 60% If you pull the first receipt that I was given before the adjustments, you would see that reflected I was also never approached by an assistant manager to ask how my meal was; the rest of the company that was with me at that time could vouch as they did not witness that eitherIf I was, I would not have spent minutes of my time trying to reach a manager after my visit My phone number is *** and if you would like me to pull up my cell phone records, I would be happy to do so There was a lady standing next to the door that said "Have a nice day" as I walked out and that was itI think the one area I was most upset was how the waiter handled my questions regarding the bill and threw $on the table to "correct" the situation That was really unprofessional and embarrassing and that fact that the business DID NOT even address it in their response is appalling If he had fixed the bill correctly and not hastily, I would have been satisfied, given a tip, and not filed a complaint I reject the discount only because I would not want to put me, my friends, and my family in that embarrassing situation again and be subject to that discrimination
