I purchased a car from them through financing and initially found the car to be decent riding without a lot of issuesI made the mistake of not checking the real small stuff before signing the loanI got a cobalt LS for $with very little extras on itIt did not come with a keyless entryThe radio buttons stuck when pressing themThe car was given to me with no gas in itI found the door locks to only unlock the front doorsWhen calling to ask about it, he said that is normalI did some research and told him that is not normalI was transferred to the service department that knew nothing about the issue and said he would have to call Chevy on itThe heat shield on the muffler was vibrating and I was told there is nothing they can doI got home after finding most of these issues and called the guy I spoke with and told him that is not worth it for a car with all the issues I was finding one after anotherHe said I can bring it back and he will fix itI told him I do not want it and most dealerships offer a return policy and he said they do not have one in placeThe fix was to put me in a different carI tried to reason with him and he said there is nothing he can do till the manager returnsI would not recommend buying a car from hereThe service is not goodThe cars all have issuesThe mechanics do not know enough about cars to work thereThey are extremely over pricesI paid $for a car valued at in good condition and this car is far from itStay away and find a better dealership

So I went and purchased a car from agreeThe sales experience was magical the salesman was very professional and trust worthy and he sold me a beautiful carI had the car for a little over days and the engine started making a loud ticking noiseWithout hesitation I took it back in for them to discover that the previous owner allowed residue to build up in the engineSince it was considered previous ware and tear on the car the warranty company did half however agree themselves did nothingThey ordered what I thought was a new engine and that left me responsible for the other half of the engine costsI wasn't bothered because I thought well at least it'll be newJust recently I found out that they gave me a used engine and I'm actually paying for the laborI was upset, but after walking to work for two weeks I just went with itI just got my car back from them with this new used engine in it and my car is a complete wreckBefore there were no lights or problems other than what seemed to be a few minor issuesWell not the car putts, the check engine light is on, and it makes a very loud noise that resembles a tea kettleNone of these issues even existed prior to taking it back and now I'm stuck paying for this lemonThey will not even offer a courtesy car while they fix mineAfter weeks of having it and I get it back and it's worse than beforeI would not refer my worst enemy to this placeLike I said the sales experience is nice, but that's about itI'm supposed to take it back for it to be fixed again, but I'm not so sure anymoreA new engine would have been fair since I still have to make payments on the car plus pay for the labor that should have been taken care of prior to my purchaseAnd the head of the shop told me " I don't have a crystal ball so how was I supposed to know it had problems before u bought itAll we do is sell cars"

I got a 2009 cobalt LS for $8500 with very little extras on it. It did not come with a keyless entry. The radio buttons stuck when pressing them. The car was given to me with no gas in it. I found the door locks to only unlock the front doors. When calling to ask about it, he said that is normal. I did some research and told him that is not normal. I was transferred to the service department that knew nothing about the issue and said he would have to call Chevy on it.. He said I can bring it back and he will fix it. I told him I do not want it and most dealerships offer a return policy and he said they do not have one in place. The fix was to put me in a different car. I tried to reason with him and he said there is nothing he can do till the manager returns. I would not recommend buying a car from here. The service is not good. The cars all have issues. The mechanics do not know enough about cars to work there. They are extremely over prices. I paid $8400 for a car valued at 3400 in good condition and this car is far from it. Stay away and find a better dealership.
