Dear Ms [redacted] ,I received a notice from the Revdex.com in July about a complaint against my company brought on by [redacted] for her not receiving a refund on an item she had purchasedI thought this complaint had been resolved, but I received a second one on October 15.I publish [redacted] [redacted] and sell it only by mail Ms [redacted] placed an order through [redacted] and soon realized that she had mistakenly ordered two directories instead of one She then emailed me at an old email address ( [redacted] ) which I do not check on a regular basis My website clearly lists the correct email address So, initially I was not aware of her mistakeWhen I tried to fill the order, I found that Ms [redacted] had contacted [redacted] to freeze the payment I immediately emailed Ms [redacted] to tell her that I would fill the order as soon as she had [redacted] unfreeze the payment At that point, I did not know that she had mistakenly ordered two directories instead of only one When she responded that she wanted only one directory and a refund for the other, I said that I would do just that as soon as she contacted [redacted] to unfreeze the funds Finally that was done and her order was shipped on July and she was sent her refund from [redacted] on the same date.I hope that this explanation makes sense If you have any questions, please let me know.Thank you,Frances M [redacted] Frances M [redacted] MR & Company [redacted] ***
