It's been a mess and I have been begging!My license rep just informed me that I needed to renew my license since they didn't issue a CDA and because I have been complaining about this issue they have not sent the proper forms (CCWWI) so how am I to renew?TIRED OF THE GAMES! I worked hard for thisWhen I showed up fot the last test [redacted] and Dr [redacted] knew this was bullcrap because they sent me home and told me I didnt have to do anything else, but can't say anythingI am tired of the gamesI just want my CDAI earned it!!!!

Child Care World Wide Institute has never had a student by this name enrolled in any oftheir programs. This student was enrolled in a CDA program with a different companyby the name of Child Care Management Education Services. Please correct the companyname in this complaint. I am the Administrator...

over both companies so I do haveknowledge of this student.The student enrollment agreement had all the details for the successful completion of theCDA program and students are given all documents to take with them and review. Alsostudents attended a workshop where all admissions term to the program were explainedand students were allowed to ask questions over topics they did not clearly understand.These documents clearly stated for the student not to enroll or sign if they do not agreewith the terms of admission and completion of the program. By the student returningthese documents signed and notarized they acknowledge the terms of their enrollment.Students must complete the program in a specified time frame which was two years withthat program and complete all levels oftraining with a GPA of 70 or above. The finalassessment and evaluation must score 90 or above. The student in question did notsuccessfully fulfil the requirements for completion of that program. The lack of licensenumber stated in this complaint had no bearing on the decision made by that board. Thedecision was based clearly on the assignments submitted, GPA's of work submitted, finalexam and the non-achievement of certain levels including final assessment andevaluation which is part ofthe notarized enrollment agreement.We made every effort within our power to help this student achieve the level of successthey desired however, we could not issue a degree to a student who did not complete therequirement for successfully completion of that CDA program. The success of preschoolstudents are as equally important as the teacher who directs them.This student was given 5 years to try and complete the program which was 3 extra yearsabove the notarized emollment agreement. This is proof we tried to help this studentsucceed which is our goal with every student. Testing issues are not discussed withanyone other than the student for privacy issues. Along the way we tried to help thisstudent complete the assignment correctly and gave support above and beyond any otherstudent enrolled in that same program.We have trained over two million students worldwide successfully and helped themachieve the level of success they desired. We do realize the disappointment somestudents will face and we feel that same disappointment however, we have doneeverything legally according to that student's emollment agreement. Again, we could notissue a degree to a student who did not complete the program based on the terms andadmission agreement of their program.We cannot discuss a student's grades or achievements with anyone other than the studentfor privacy issues. This student in question was given special privileges at the end oftheir program which also was above and beyond the notarized admissions agreement andcontract we have on file. This was our diligent effort to solve this ethically and try toreach an agreement with this student within the scope of the law based on terms ofenrollment and agreement for completion of that CDA program. We can't do anythingelse for the student in question based on the privileges already extended to this studentabove and beyond their notarized emollment and completion agreement.Our goal is success for each and every student and we strive to help students achieve thelevel of success they desire to the best of our ability within the scope of the law.Sincerely,Dr. [redacted]
