I'm following up in response to [redacted]'s complaint filed against the Radford Adventure Club Childcare Center.After you contacted me, I attempted once again to contact Ms. [redacted] regarding her concerns. She did respond this time a few days later. After reading her emailed concerns, I reviewed...
her account again and was able to see where the discrepancy had occurred. In August 2017, shortly after school began Ms. [redacted] claimed to have requested a change in her sons attendance status from morning & afternoon to afternoon only. This made an $8 a week difference in her payments to us. Unfortunately, this request was not properly communicated to me and therefore the billing was not adjusted. I explained that this could have been resolved very easily to begin with had she communicated back with me. However, it has now been resolved and we have issued her a $54 refund.
