Never Again! I went to Quality Star a couple of times over the years with neutral results.
This last time has convinced me --Never Again!
I have an older Mercedes. I needed a solenoid replaced on the injection pump. I had diagnosed the problem and even had the part! I did not want to change it myself because of the Nevada heat so I took it in.

Four months, Yes! four months later I got the car back. First, they lost the invoice I signed, then the owner was sick, then his wife had a baby, then they broke the lens on
the instrument cluster, then they messed up a gasket and had to wait for another----Finally, over four months after first contact, he presented me a bill for $485! This is for a simple bolt on job! What a circus! Next time, I will do it myself!

Great alternative to dealership service centers.

WHEN I CALLED TO GET HELP WITH THEM NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY WAS ACCEPTING MY CALLS . I TRIED TO SEND THEM BACK BUT THEY INFORM LATER AFTER 10 DAYS I CANNOT CANCEL THE CDS. I HAVE PAID $537.12 FOR THE FIRST PAYMENT . I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT BUT THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT BACK. THE NAME ON THE WEBSITE IS THE SAME PERSON WHO CAME TO MY HOME TO SELL ME THE CDS, BUT THE I WAS GIVEN BY HIM ON THE PAPER IS DIFFERENT. THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN CALLING ME FOR A PAYMENT FROM A (HOME HEALTH AGENCY.Desired Settlement: $537.12
