consent from the primary payer on the account, we’re unable to provide you with the documentation you’re requesting? We treat our accounts like a checking account and just like a bank if you’re not on an account/ have permission you’re unable to receive information? If the primary payer on the account tells us you’re allowed to have access to the information then we’re able to provide the proper documentation to you?
